At HairHaven SA, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:
- The seal has not been broken or tampered with
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
For hygiene reasons, opened or used hair care products cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- It may take 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect

- Sale or discounted items (if applicable)
- Shipping fees
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
